throughout her life, lisa has focused on social entrepreneurship, championing protections and deeper respect for artisans across indonesia, mexico, and beyond. she has mentored emerging entrepreneurs and mission-driven projects, while working as an artist, creative director, designer, and writer. lisa's creative offerings have been embraced by some of the world's most respected names in film, music, and design, including oscar-winning actors and grammy-winning musicians. her work has been featured in lifestyle publications such as the new york times and vogue magazine, and she is the recipient of several grants, residencies, and awards.
alongside her professional life, and as a result of being immersed in many cultures and traditions, lisa has studied with healers and spiritual guides around the world, bringing a comprehensive understanding of how different cultures process grief and healing. she is a certified yoga teacher in the lineage of pattabhi jois, and has over 300 hours of immersion with eckhart tolle's workshops.
lisa has deep familiarity with zen buddhism, hinduism, yogic, and taoist principles, providing her with extensive knowledge of therapeutic approaches to loss and healing across diverse traditions.

lisa's animals: tickles, janey, juji, and her balinese cockatoo, henry, have been her greatest teachers, companions, and children. this work is a tribute to them, and to the extraordinary bond between humans and animals.
